Our Kickboxing class is a great workout where you learn how to properly punch and kick using bags and pads. The better you get at punching and kicking, the better your workouts get.
This is a non-contact fun program that is GREAT for your fitness, legs, shoulders, arms, glutes and core.This class is high paced using heavy bags, medicine balls and skipping ropes to have a fun and calorie burning good-time. Kickboxing is a fun high energy way for you to meet your fitness goals and there is always a knowledgeable friendly trainer nearby pushing you to reach new levels.
