Let's Slim Down for Summer!

Welcome to your Summer Slim Down Program!

We're so excited to help you achieve fantastic results over the next 8 weeks. Here's a rundown of what you'll be doing:


Your program will run from Wednesday May 4th to Wednesday June 28th, 2022. It's important to dedicate yourself for the next 8 weeks, and do everything you can to maximize your success with each of the activities in your program. Every success you have throughout the day makes a great week, and 8 great weeks will give you a successful summer slim down!

Here's a program calendar to help you (Click to download PDF) - print this and put it on your refrigerator to help you focus. If commitments come up, put them into your calendar so that you can work around them. Look at your calendar every day and "X" off the days that you did everything you were supposed to PERFECTLY (not mostly) so that you can hold yourself accountable to do what you need to do in order to get the best results.

Activities include:

Daily food tracking in the food app - we use the Trainerize app to help you put all your food tracking in one convenient place so you can see your trends and also so your coach can see what you're eating and help you with food suggestions. If you prefer another app that's ok, some people use My Fitness Pal, it's up to you but we won't be able to see your metrics in that app.

4x per week workouts and daily movement - we provide you with 2 workouts - workout A and Workout B - and they are designed to be done twice in the week (EXAMPLE: Monday=workout A, Tuesday=workout B, Wednesday=movement, Thursday=WorkoutA, Friday=WorkoutB, Saturday&Sunday=movement). On the days when you're not doing a scripted workout, you must move your body somehow (swim, walk, bike ride, recreational activity). There are NO DAYS where you don't move in this program, because you MUST create a caloric deficit EVERY DAY in order to maximize your results.

We will also set up 2x per week live workout with coach, so that you can attend if you enjoy working out live with others; we will also post the recording in the facebook group and the private workout group so you can re-watch it at another time. (send Blayne your work schedule so we can set up a time that hopefully everyone can attend).

Weekly Weigh In and Coaches Meeting - each week, you need to measure your progress - weigh yourself on the scale, measure the circumference of your left/right upper arms, chest, waist, hips, and left/right upper thighs, as well as taking a front, side and back photo in the same tight fitting outfit every week, so you will have an amazing 8 week progress series of photos to help you appreciate all your hard work. You should also upload your results into your App so you and coach can see the progress. We also recommend putting on clothes that are a bit too tight that you'd like to fit into every few days, and squeezing around to feel yourself starting to fit in to them (we call this the squish test)! Doing this in front of a mirror is very helpful also.

Weight in the same day each week, and send your numbers to Coach first thing in the morning of you call, so we have a chance to look at them as well as your weekly eating trends through the app. Don't move your call unless you have an emergency (family, work) as this creates a habit of inconsistency. We'll discuss many aspects of your program with you during your call so you have a chance to bring up any issues you need help with.

Weekly group call - we have a weekly group call Thursdays at 6:15pm Belize time on Zoom, and this is a great way for you to hear from other people who are on the same journey as you and to feel inspired by other people that are doing the same things you are to reach their goals.
