• Won the Phantom Fight Explosion IV Canada vs. USA MMA title by Coaching four of Canada's five representing fighters to Victory all in the first round. Canada won the title 5-0.

Chris brings expert teaching and coaching techniques through an extremely successful coaching and competion career in several sports including Jiu-Jitsu. By incorporating training techniques learned from some of Canada’s most successful amateur sport coaches, Chris brings a methodical and organized approach to training the students of Modern Vision.

These techniques are consistenly proven successful in competition as Modern Vision (Ascension Welland) continues to find itself on the medal podium several times at all the grappling tournament they attend.
This coaching style has aided Team Ascension to Team Victories at 7 of the last 9 Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Tournaments in Ontario as of January 28, 2010.
