Saturday January 21, 2011, Cleveland Ohio, Brendan Fang of Wainfleet and Chris Jurgensen of Vineland travelled to Cleveland Ohio with MMA Coach Chris Bonfoco to showcase their skills at Rocktagon MMA’s Amateur Elite 12 event and outshined their opponents. For Jurgensen it was his debut match while for Fang it was his third fight.

Cardio Kickboxing:
This is not Tae-Bo our the type of kickboxing you will do at a traditional fitness facility. Our Cardio-Kickboxing is a kickboxing class where you learn how to properly punch and kick using bags and pads. The better you get at punching and kicking, the better your workouts get.
You NEVER have to spar or strike your friend in this class it is non-combative but loads of fun and GREAT for your fitness, legs, shoulders, arms. glutes and core.
Core Training:
A healthy core means a happy life. say goodbye to your sore back and say hello to a toned and efficient core. Your core is the most importantarea of your body to keep fit as it stabalizes you, enables modility and makes every area of your body stronger; hence, why it is called core.
What is your core?
Your core is is the area of you body from your hip flexors to just below your chest muscles on the front and back of your body.
We offer two types of specialty core classes:
1. Still/Ball Core. This class is done on the stability ball and it involves a lot of still motion while balancing on the ball. It is desined to work your deep core muscles and is know to be a rigorous class. Just because you are not moving much doesn't mean you won't sweat a whole lot in this class!!
2. Active Core. This class is generally a circuit of explosive core exercises that not only improves all of your core muscles, but it also teaches you how to use your core and will give you a cardio-vascular workout.
Circuit Weight Lifting
This Class is designed for all people and will give you a full-body workout. You have always wished you could have someone show you how to properly lift weights and motivate you without the expensive costs of a personal trainer ... well then this is your class!!
You will get amazing workouts and be guided and pushed through them to not only develop the body you have always wanted, but also to get the workouts you have always wanted.
Box-Fit
Don't let the name fool you. This is a boxing class without the aura of the "stinky old boxing gym." However, you do not have to spar and if you decide to spar it will be with the instructor. This class is a circuit style class where you use our specialty bags (each is used differently) our medicine balls and skipping ropes to have a fun and calorie burning good-time.
You go at your own pace in this class and there is always an instructor available to help you when needed.
Yoga
This is real Yoga taught by a trained yoga instructor not an aerobics intructor who has watched some dvd's. Raja Fusion is the style of yoga taught at Vision.
These classes are alway suited for the level of the people in the class. if you think Yoga is an easy alternative for exercise you have the wrong impression of it. It is an excellent class for overall fitness, strength, flexibility and peace-of-mind.
