Modern Vision Mixed Martial Arts & Fitness is a full-time, professionally instructed martial arts facility. We offer classes from small children to adults from basic fitness to self-defense and MMA fighting competition.

We are Niagara's most competition tested and successful club over the past 2.5 years. We average 26 competitors per competition we participate in and have a 69.9% winning percentage as of April 30 2010 in grappling and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu competition.

Our team is also the 2009 Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu "Team of the Year" Santioned by the Ontario Jiu-Jitsu Association. Points are accumulated per team through victories and medals.

We are also Niagara's most successful and only active scholl in MMA competition as we have amassed a 24-4 record with 3 titles over the past 12 months. Competition inspires training and also tests our system against other accomplished systems.

Do I Have to Compete?

Competition is not necessary. If you wish to learn the arts we train and advance through the ranking without competing that is fine. Our philosphy is that every member of our school has a part in every victory that our competition team accomplishes as our team is only as good as the members who are training under the system.

If you wish to compete then you will enjoy dedicated, detailed coaching and we will prepare you properly for competition.
