Lesson 9: Balance through Discipline

An immeasurable benefit of meditation and practice is the gift of self-control. It is imposed on all of us and ingrained from birth. However, some of us master it better than others. Those who do not achieve this mastery, often find themselves unfulfilled, regretful and unhappy. A lack of discipline makes you a slave to your own weaknesses. Any type of success demands self-discipline. Eating healthy, advancing in your career and relationships…none of it is possible without the ability to do what you must so that you may become the person you are meant to be. It has been said that we will either suffer the pain of self-discipline or the pain of regret. The choice is yours. This lesson delves deeper into this subject and through it, you will become a true master of your own fate. Self-discipline is axiomatic not only to the achievement of mastery, but also to its sustainability. You will purposefully learn the skills to balance your life and you will develop the strength to act accordingly.
