Carlson Gracie Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Niagara

What is Brazilian Jiu Jitsu?

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, or BJJ, is one of the world's best Martial Arts and Self Defense systems. Focused mostly on grappling and ground fighting BJJ takes the size advantage away from a larger attacker. Leverage and technique are key to the Jiu Jitsu practitioner. Joint locks, chokes and proper use of weight make Jiu Jitsu not only extremely effective but feared by Martial Artists without knowledge of it. Your confidence, well-being and fitness levels will improve. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is also to practice under the correct instruction and is a lot of fun.
